How often would you work out if you only did it when you felt like it? I rarely feel like working out nowadays because I'm always tired. I wanted to get more laxed about it and stop forcing myself but I'm worried I will never work out again if I do that.

minimum you should do three days a week. if you can't find the drive to do that, you should probably just take up walking or HIIT as fitness

I'd still do it 3 days a week minimum. It's effortless for me to go lift.

Probably 14 times a week, but that's unhealthy and only hinders your progress.

No job so It’s an excuse to shower and groom myself and go outside. The ritual gets me out of my ruts and I like being around people to remember I exist so I go 5 times a week for an hour or two.
Also the women are cute and sometimes they look at me. And often guys look at me. And sometimes someone will say something nice about my hair or my body and it feels good. Simple as
