You're tired of being insecure and socially anxious, beaners make you anxious, zoomers make you insecure, chads make you insecure, roiders make you insecure, women make you anxious and insecure. None of these people care about your existence and it's weighing down on you that you're a weirdo reject
It's not a gym issue, you'll be sad in a small gym too, a home gym will make you lose your mind because there's no accidental eyes that fall on you
You're mentally ill

So save up for a squat rack, I finally pulled the trigger last month and ~$2000 later I'm never ever ever going back. Of course, that included weights, bar, bench, etc. but it was all well worth it. My garage is now the Fit Zone.

Private Gyms are shockingly common.

There's a locked up business front near my car detailer. I always wondered what it was until one day I saw a guy roll up the garage door and inside was a full blown gym with noone else. I saw punching bags, and all sorts of weight machines.

Dude did a workout then left.

Good worthwhile home gyms are going to cost at least a few grand and need at least 8'x8' of space. The best adjustable dumbbells that go up to 100+lbs and aren't fragile chink shit will be $700+. Just the horse stall mats you use for flooring are $50 for 6'x4'. Barbells are around $300, adjustable benches even more, then you have the power/half cage, plate set, plate storage if your rack doesn't have it, maybe a pullup/dip tower. Buy good shit the first time that you know will last, so you don't have to worry about replacing or upgrading later on, and the good shit will have better resell potential.

If you spend more than $2.5k you're wasting money on meme shit. I just got a power cage with pull-up bars, dip handles, and even a pulley for $390, pic related. Even with bar, weights, and floor padding (I got the bench for free, yay) it was still under a thousand.

Ignore this moron.

>$300 gets you 300lbs of barbell and oly plates at dick's. It's a woman's barbell, meaning 35lbs, but it's good enough. I know this because I've had the same kit from Sports Authority for 20 years.
>when you're ready, $70 for an ez curl bar and db handles, again from dick's
>build your own squat/bench stands from 2x4s. Cost, maybe $40 if you do it fucking right. I know this because I did. My stands have safeties and will support a fucking car.
>build a flat bench with wood, foam, and nagahyde. Another $50, max, and if you do it right it'll support a tank. I did.
>or just find an adjustable bench on the side of the road when somebody's cleaning out their garage. I did.
>$100 gets you a doorframe pull up bar, some pulleys, and a cable kit with attachments. Bam, you've got cable pull downs, and if you're not an idiot you can figure out how to get cable curls out of 2 pulleys too.

Don't bother buying good shit at the start. Plates are plates are plates. That cheap barbell will last forever because only one person is using it.

Too much? Consider...
>cinder blocks are $3 and about 35lbs each. Pretty ergonomic for what they are and a pair is decent weight for a beginner.

Just get started. Ignore the prissy little equipment geeks saying you need the good stuff and scaring you away with the price tags. You fucking don't need the good stuff.

You don't have to buy the most expensive shit, but advocating most people to make DIY equivalents of equipment that could get them killed is a bad idea. Most people dont' want to use a woman's barbell, db handles that use bb plates are ass, and not everyone will find a perfectly fine adjustable weight bench on the side of the road. Also buying things one step at a time is fine if you already have a gym membership, which you should while putting together a home gym, because you should be lifting for at least a year or two before committing to one.

>woman's barbell
Literally what is the difference other than 10lbs? Maybe the bar is thinner, just a little? Maybe you feel bad because it's for girls? I promise it doesn't come from the store painted pink.
>db handles
Are the only way to get up to some real fucking weight for dumbell rows, for a start. We can buy adjustable next year.
>lifting for a year at a gym before...
The weights in your living room will get used more than that gym membership you're quietly ignoring, anyway, and if you really flunk out then you'll have something to sell instead of wasting money on a gym.

Quit being elitist. We're picking things up and putting them down.

You're telling people to immediately buy or DIY the cheapest shit they can find and to lift for the first time in their shitty half-assed home gym. You're being the opposite of elitist, just an obtuse faggot who thinks grugg lifting rocks inside his cave gym had it good. There are already thousands of ignored treadmills collecting dust, imagine entire lifting setups like that. Dyel beginners should start with a gym membership with proper equipment so they can actually understand how to work out. They can follow a real routine, try out all of the exercises and machines, figure out if they actually want to lift for more than 3 weeks, know what kind of equipment they will need to do the exercises they want in a home gym, and continue lifting without missing anything before it is good to go.

You lift with db handles that go up to maybe 60lbs max if you can fit 3 standard 10s on each side. Don't talk about me ignoring a gym membership.

Correct. I'm telling people to quit wasting time and money and get started.
>Dyel beginners should start with a gym membership with proper equipment so they can actually understand how to work out.
I'll give them a hint: the heavy rocks go up and down.
>figure out if they actually want to lift for more than 3 weeks
Hedging your bets against failure ensures said failure.
>know what kind of equipment they will need to do the exercises they want in a home gym
I already covered that. They need cheap, basic stuff, and they need it now, however they can get it.

And you know, the neat thing about the cheap oly db handles I recommended is you can put bigger plates on them. I've had 100lbs on mine with just 10's anyway.

Quit being an elitist pussy, ya elitist pussy.

all the beaners and fat people get priced out and it's just young fit women and mostly older bald dudes who can afford it. I pay $300 a month for my gym membership, that's probably a lot to you because you're a broke ass nigga.
the test boost from working out around sweaty cardio bunnies all the time plus the quality of service and selection of machines makes it worth it. pool is always clean and almost always empty too because normgroids can't into swimming laps.

You fools pop up in every one of these gym fatigue or home gym-adjacent threads. Stop telling people to buy cheap chinkshit pot metal stuff from dick’s or Amazon because it will most likely break. I’ve had some of it in the past and can tell you from experience you’re taking a big risk working out on that stuff once you’re sufficiently strong. And you really shouldn’t do the home gym thing unless you’ve been lifting consistently for 2-3 years: I know so many guys who started out with an hg setup only to find they didn’t like lifting or didn’t have the motivation to work out at home.

It only becomes an issue when it comes to space where you live.

Yep, I pay $100 a month for a really nice 24/7 lifting gym. It’s worth every penny. Hardly ever crowded, and lots of times I have had the place to myself. No jeets, blacks, retards, or beaners at all. Many hot women and female influencers, but the floor is so spacious they never get in my way or obstruct anything. Impeccably clean place, too. Only problem is I have to drive 15 minutes to get there.

Exercise for an Apollonian man is contemplative, a meditation. He has an internal iocus of control. Anything which takes him out if his head breaks his concentration and ruins the workout high, draining his mental energy.

Swarthoids, women, normies, and dumbasses all feed on other people for energy. They drain him to fuel themselves. They're energy vampires. It's not even that they're Dionysian; they don't even contribute a spontaneous release to the Apollonian. They're something else entirely, a foreign infestation.
