Does lifting actually make you go bald? Iโve been hearing that working out increases testosterone, which then gets converted to DHT and apparently thatโs what kills your hair follicles if youโre sensitive to it. Is there any real science behind this or is it just cope for guys who were gonna go bald anyway? Not on gear, just lifting heavy and eating clean. Bros who still have hair, whatโs your experience? Please be 100% real with me.
