>weight has not moved for 2+ weeks at a high deficit
>6'0 204 lbs light activity
>work out 5x a week for 45 min walk 7 miles a day every day
>TDEE calc says 1692 with that at light activity
>i eat 1600 a day the same meal every day AND DO NOT COUNT MY 7 MILES OR GYM TIME IN CALORIES
>breakfast protein bar + 3 scoops whey - lunch 210g chicken + rice (1 cup measured) - dinner 4 large eggs +3 slices bacon + ketchup (3 tbs measured)
>all macros hit for protein/carbs/fat, fat is over by 10-15g sometimes
>ALL calories are counted from vitamins to Gatorade to keep hydrated
>i get 7 hours of sleep with a nap in the afternoon so sleep should be fine
>eat 1600 and dont count the 500+ calories from daily cardio + work out and my weight is NOT moving
i'm about to start throwing shit. this makes no fucking sense. i'm eating at what i should be at, and my overal calories is really near 1k intake with all the fucking working out im' doing and i'm not losing weight at all.

every single measuring point, thigh, chest, waist, lower waist, hips, and bicep, have also NOT changed at all. this shouldnt physically be possible. i've never had this much trouble losing weight before, and now it's just not moving. my body is literally defying everything ive known about working out and its defying everything you could read about. i've lost weight easily a shit ton of times for military or after i got out so this isnt new. but my weight not moving for this long? at this EXTREME of a deficit? FUCKING HOW?
