Working out while sick

>hard to inhale completely
>workout for half of the time and weight than usual
>don’t feel it in the muscle, only my lungs
>sweat a fuck ton
Is it even worth it? Am I preventing muscle atrophy that wouldn’t have been lost regardless because I’m not literally immobile? It’s been one week.
Also, what would you do if you were bedridden for months? Resistance bands?
