either do them on parallel bars with resistance bands
or try them on rings with resistance bands, rings are usually easier for the wrists because your body will adjust itself to the most comfortable position instead of being fixed in place with regular dips
btw can you do like 15+ pushups and just hold yourself on parallel bars with straight arms for like a minute or two? without that you can hurt yourself
