More to it than that. You have to be really careful about sugars for the first week. First two days do bone broth and veggies, small meals. Try low sugar high water fruits on day 3 along with the bone broth and veggies. I've done 60 days of water fasting. Longest was 30 days. Refeeding syndrome is bad news if you spike your insulin too fast.

But the only reason OP has lost a ton of weight fast justing doing water fasting is because his glycogen stores are depleted.

once his glycogen stores get restored he'll know his real weight.
If you take creatine everyday(creatine keeps your glycogen topped off) and your weight is going down

over 5 days is for really over weight people. 5 days is ok for not overweight as its about reset your gut biome and speeding up cell regeneration.
Anything over that is purely for fat burning, obese people can, with will power, "easily" manage a 30 day water fast but if your body fat is low long extended fasts are not really needed. 3- 5 days if you are not overweight is the max you should do.

my plan is to get like a single bone with some lean meat, carrots, onion, celery and make a watery vegetable soup as first meal then couple hours later eat like a boiled egg or two and maybe lean yoghurt and i dont have a plan for next day

I'm now starting my 4th consecutive week of 3-day waterfasting. I wasn't fat when I started, but now I'm really approaching not having much fat on me. I'll see if I'll do 5th week.
I get why people would do just pure multiweek fasting, but I'm paranoid about lacking nutrients and such. Maybe I haven't lurked fasting threads enough, but I've never read anyone taking this approach. I feel like it takes the best from all worlds, 3-day fasting for autophagy, refeeding to not let body lower metabolism, getting to exercise well most of the week.
