Is yoghurt good for you?
My mom won't stop buying yoghurt and it's driving me insane.
Why did she buy 12 yoghurts again? That's almost 2kg of yoghurt.

If you have no issues with lactose tolerance, then milk is better. The bacteria in yogurt isn't that great for you. Basically, eating bacteria laden food is generally a bad idea.

I eat like 1kg of Greek yogurt per day for over a decade.
You can exchange that for skyr, cottage, quark etc whichever is cheaper and has ~10g prot/100g

A Skyr a Spárból százszor jobb. 10 g protein 100 grammonként, 0 zsír. Ennél csak a Qvark jobb a Lidlből (12 g protein), csak az íze szerintem rosszabb.

Are you getting ones with artifical sweetener by any chance? I get that from the "fit" versions they sell which have higher protein lower carbs and I think it's because they're using artifical sweeteners. Or they've put in some vitamins or something that does it.
The plain ol' unsweetened, unflavoured greek yoghurt doesn't do that to me.
