I'm 170lbs and the most I've ever benched was 285lbs. I was like 180-185lbs then. I benched 245lbs for 3 reps the other day though.

I don't do ORM - I'm old and the risk of injury is not worth it.
Bodyweight 93kg 205 lb
max bench 140kg/308 lb (3 sets X 10 reps)
usually do 115kg/254 lb (2 sets X 15 reps)

1RM is absolutely meaningless.
Your 1RM is not your lift.
Your lift is whatever you can do for a minimum of 3x6.

If you cannot lift the weight for 3x6, then you cannot lift the weight.

95kg bw, 130kg bench 1rm (the biggest I attempted, not sure if this is the max).

I look very dyel though. Train with 110kg 3x8 atm.

This is just semantics. If you can lift it, you can lift it. Is it more impressive as a set? Of course, but if you can do 3x6 then your 1RM is way higher whether you've tested it or not.

Did 455 lbs at 286 lbs 2 years ago.

I don't bench press much recently as I focus on OHP now, but I can still 405 lbs at 260 lbs.
