my right shoulder hurts, i suspect it was due to me doing bench/overhead presses without locking-out, will it heal on its own or am i done? how should i lift without further damaging it?

In many cases damaged tendons should be stretched or worked out or they won't ever recover.
Tge real solution is to get mri, have a consultation with a surgeon. If surgery not needed and diagnosis is clear, go through a physical theraphy till recovered.
If you can't afford all that, you shouldn't be doing a bench press or overhead press
