Is exercise needed if you want to look "normal" after weight loss?
Do you have to do weight lifting or exercise when loosing weight to look normal after? Im lazy and dont have the motivation to do that. I am already cutting calories. i have lost 17kg but i still need to lose 30kg, i did this with little exercise. Can the workout be fast and simple, or Do i have to start gym as a hobby? Can i do the stuff i need to do at home? Pic not me.
