Do you have to do weight lifting or exercise when loosing weight to look normal after? Im lazy and dont have the motivation to do that. I am already cutting calories. i have lost 17kg but i still need to lose 30kg, i did this with little exercise. Can the workout be fast and simple, or Do i have to start gym as a hobby? Can i do the stuff i need to do at home? Pic not me.

idk you might as well work out since it does not have to be long or complicated and has numerous benefits even if it doesn't end up making the difference between looking normal or not.

I have done 1 set of 5 reps and then did the same exercise a week later and did 9 reps. I am also extremely lazy and don't like spending time working out or investing a lot of money, time, and space for equipment. For that reason I like kettlebell workouts.

Oh rip, this is why i dont see much point in losing weight because my body will just probably look ugly after. But im still doing it in false hope of being happier, which i know i will never be. I will definitely look into kettlebell workouts. Because i have heard that muscles helps a little with potentional loose skin

don't fall into the perfectionist mindset because that is a mental illness. I'd much rather look like the after pic than his before pic. the perfectionist mindset can also affect your workouts, e.g., "I missed a workout so I might as well stop entirely" or "this workout was too hard but an easier one is not worth doing". That's nonsense.

I often stop and look at the wall when im doing squats alone in my room at 2am, and think " what the fuck am i doing" i need to follow some plan, but its tiring and it feels like a chore

this was a bad example. his after pic was so extreme he looked weird but if he was like 10lbs heavier he would have looked fine I'm sure.

that's what I like about kettlebells... I just zoom through as many exercises as I feel like until I don't feel like doing it anymore. It's very time efficient and I feel great afterward compared to spending an hour completely destroying myself in a gym so it's an immediate payoff.
