because who cares. money would go to a landlord instead of going to them so they can enjoy it and it helps them. if i didnt live with my parents, my life wouldnt be different at all. i would still be a pathetic loser with no life, i would just be in an apartment/rented house (almost assuredly with roommates, not living alone) being a loser instead of being a pathetic loser with my parents.
