I believe my body degenerates and acquires diseases slower if I do at least some form of lifting and cardio and eat well + I looked like shit when I was a young lanklet so relatively speaking I suppose. It doesn't bring income or more friends etc but the relative part comes from likely being unhappier if I was a physically sick fuck too.
