I just go home. lve been lifting for 15 years and Ive pushed though too many bad work outs and been forced to take months off at a time due to injury.

I've never really had a bad gym day that I can remember. Of course I've lost strength during a cut or missed a PR, but that's to be expected, and even on days where I feel like shit it doesn't seem to affect my strength much. I've even had good workouts a few days into a fast.

depends on what's wrong, but i never leave. if im feeling fatigued then i'll just do lower intensity, but if it's a mental thing then i'll push through as usual
