265 FRONT SQUAT PR GET THE FUCK IN HERE!
Literally every fucking month I get stronger. I just did 265 for 1 rep, full range of motion. Felt like starting a street fight but I had to stay calm for work. Feels good knowing I'm stronger than 99% of people and 95% of /fit/. I get a massive T BOOST after front squatting it's crazy. I scream outside all the time.

How's it feel knowing you can lift a 265 stick but can't lift a 180 box of tools or help a friend move a couch effortlessly
I will never understand this obsession with gym strength over functional, enjoy it anon, just don't ever think you're hot shit and "stronger than 99 percent of people"

If you need to be humbled go work for a carpenter for a couple weeks

Front squats are one of the most functional lifts you can do. Moreso than a back squat. If you actually worked out you wouldn't say stupid shit like this. You lose.
