It is
The only time I ever feel anything in my back is after sleeping on a mattress for a while and the floor fixes me immediately
I think bed sleeping is only for homos

Did it once and now I permanently have some shit impinged in my lower back. Whenever I really squeeze my left glute I get this hot needle pain where the muscle meets the bone. Just get a hard futon if you want to sleep on the floor or a hard mattress. It might seem cool to impress a bunch of virgins on a Vietnamese body dysmorphia forum but you might fuck your shit up.

not really ... it helps in some regards but not in others
I do sleep without a pillow and slept for years on the floor at the uni (on 3 polifoam mattresses in a sleeping bag) but it did not really help after a certain point
it does not help with forward head because sleeping on your stomach (which I do) will let your head, neck and shoulders fall forward compared to your chest

I went to japan a few months ago and since hat meant I wouldn't get to lift for a while I strained a little too hard repping our deadlifts and pulled something in my low back. The flight was very uncomfortable but after the first night in Japan, sleeping on a futon on the floor, I woke up pretty much completely healed. However after that night I didn't prefer floor sleeping so I'd recommend it as a treatment and not a lifestyle change.
