here's what you have to do
VISUALIZE YOUR GAINS immediately after waking up and before going to sleep
literally just visualize your gains in your mind, think how would your dream body look like and repeat THIS IS ME at least three times while you are doing this
do this for a couple of weeks and see the miracle happening
