Capsaicin from ghost peppers and red tea. You still need to keep the diet, it's not a magical pill that'll make you shit out 30 lbs overnight. Also HIIT.

in terms of metabolism, how does HIIT differ from LISS cardio? Shouldn't low intensity cardio for longer periods do more in terms of average overall metabolism?

Also, is red tea just rooibos? I love rooibos tea.

You deplete oxygen from your body by doing HIIT, it keeps burning calories for 24 hours. Either 25 minutes of running or jump rope 3 times a week. Or cycling for 30 minutes.

build muscle, thermodynamics and cico show us that as a larger star loses its energy and decays to red dwarf faster, having more muscle will will expend more energy.
You gotta lift, start with negative pull ups if you've never done a full one, then legs, push muscles, pull muscles and cardio, start light.
For diet changes, try for foods that you chew for a while on one side. a big factor in why people get fat is the easy single crunch per item food, food producers found out it releases less sating chemicals in the brain and they generally went to the addiction model of sales.

like wim hof breathing, or something else?

I'm not in great shape but I can still do a few pullups, before I got out of shape I could do 15.

I can get rid of whatever junk snacks I have and try jerky instead

exercise = cause higher heart rate and using energy
drugs/stimulants (caffeine, meth etc) = cause blood pressure and heart rate increase
having more muscle = because muscle requires more calories to maintain and gets hot like an engine and thermodynamics so it need gas
i am retarded btw

Simulants do not actually increase energy. The tangible effect is that they get you high and give the perception of expended energy. This is useful on the rare instance where you need to pull an all-nighter and intend to recover and get back to normal the next night.

they do seem to suppress appetite a LOT though and make you more physically active thus expending additional calories

like becoming homeless and going on a meth binge could probably lose you 15 pounds within a month but you know obviously, not optimal
