Even at my highest weight i found endurance and cardio and HIIT extremely easy. I used to lift and do kickboxing for a while simultaneously and still have energy to play football later on
My muscles are "tired" if i take them to absolute failure while lifting but other than that i can just get straight to more cardio then 1-2 hours later wrestle with some friends in a park nearby
