I actually think fit has been in a much better place in the last year compared to the last two. Its always going to be changing though, like it or not. Its best we focus on creating the change we'd each like to see on the board and things will work out.

A big commitment as a lifestyle decision. The effort and expense make sense if you're doing some kind of Fitness work for a living and I've personally known people in that space who don't regret it as the years go on and it serves their lives as an investment, but for everyone else it's really hard to justify.

It's because there's tons of Zoomers, and theybdont lift. 18% of Zoomers have a gym membership or access to the gym, 33% of Millenials have a gym membership or access to a gym. All of the Zoomers that bother to go to my gym keep dying in the sauna (2 in the last 6 months) from gear.
