>>76329963 (OP) For example I'll start at 145 2x10 lb on bench then go 165 x6x2 then go one 180x5 then 195 x4 then 210x5 ect 15lb increments and i slowly drop the eys from 5 to 4 to 3 and stop a 2. By the time I'm done lifting I've probably done anywhere between 50-80 reps.
I will go up 5 or 10 lbs any time i stop getting doms. If the additional weight feels awkward i go back down and focus harder on eccentric and concentric overload while trying to up my reps.
Im about to get more into number now im down cutting. Thinking what if i added 2.5 lbs every single week.
>>76329963 (OP) I'm cutting and have been stuck at a weight for weeks It seems like I hit my limit unless I start eating more so now every time I go to the gym i just know I'll be failing that same last rep every single fucking time and there's nothing I can do about it
