I dropped out after like three weeks. The weights did go up some, but I just couldn't keep doing something so terminally boring. Five times a week, going into the gym and just going through the motions for fifteen minutes before spending half an hour on cardio. I started to go stir crazy from lack of intensity.
I'm sure it would work nicely if alternated with a mass building program in cycles of similar duration.
