Literally have this physique at 6'4, life is so fucking cruel
Even the tiniest bit of fat all goes to my thighs and ass and my arms are permasmall.
If im not 10% BF my hips are wider than my shoulders and if i am theyre level at certain angles but soon as i turn to semiprofile my gigantic ass and hips make me look like Assad here.

Itโ€™s not a bad mode when you lift especially since youโ€™re tall. In clothes Youโ€™ll look like a muscular tree at best but itโ€™s not bad. I am built like this and my wife appreciates the massive legs and glutes. To be fair I have decent lats from a ton of chinups too.

I would suggest you only do kettlebell stuff and sprints for your legs, and avoid powershitter or bodybuilder exercises. Do a lot of shoulder pressing and pullups and arm exercises.

Also this is definitely better than pear mode.

You don't like it because 21th century body dysmorphia, but tree trunk legs, huge ass and quads, thick middle, lean arms, square chest was the golden anesthetic for men. It's only in this weird new world that we value big arms, big shoulders and bulbous chest, and slim waist and tiny legs.

Focus on yoke training for the next 6 months- traps, shoulders, upper chest, and lats should be main priority, as well as arms. Basically your entire upper body needs to grow. Adding mass to the yoke will improve your proportions, that is the only way you can offset your larger hips/ass.

Most tall guys don't have great proportions, that's just the way it goes. Some short guys out there with broad shoulders/narrow waists would swap bodies with you for the height boost, so stop feeling sorry for yourself- grass is always greener on the other side
