>solves natural aesthetics without needing to break your spine with useless egolifts

Simple solutions are literally always the best. It boggles my mind whenever I read what kind of exercises you faggots do. Literally re-inventing the wheel over and over and over again.

Yeah a lot of fitness culture is tainted by SBD powerlifting autism. Not that they don’t have amazing advice but most people do not want to look like Ronnie Coleman. I have a bad knee, snapped ac joint, lower spine issues from the army and I can’t powerlift anymore. Made me realized with a landmine and Viking press handles I can do full body. Viking press, t bar rows, lunges, front squat, RDL, trunk rotation, and I just use the main part of the rack for pull-ups and chin ups now. Haven’t done SBD in years, still in great shape and my joints don’t fucking hurt.
Reminds me of when I used to make fun of kettlebell faggots but now that I’m a landmine fairy, they were probably right and it worked for them. Just get up and move seems to be the main thing really.

I used to do this when i was 118lbs soaking wet. Id blast like 300 reps of dips, pullups, and situps every other day. Always stayed skinny.
When I finally started lifting weights, i got to 190lbs and then back down to 160lbs.
