I’d have to see her full body standing up but I’ll give her some benefit of the doubt due to the fact she’s sitting down and let’s be honest, most people look like fatasses with a gut when they sit

12k steps a day is actually pretty solid. But 5 workouts/week and 30 minutes of stairs/week means she’s averaging 6 minutes on the stairs every workout. That alone tells me she’s not really going to the gym with any real intensity. Probably spends more time taking selfies and editing her TikToks at the gym then actually working out.

That being said, yes I’d still smash. I wouldn’t consider her a fatty. Probably just a little disingenuous about her diet and routine.

I love iced coffee too but when I make it at home I don't think I'm even hitting 100. 1 tbsp of flavored creamer is 60 and I don't know how much a splash of milk is but if an entire cup is 60 I'm figuring a splash is maybe 10-20 if even that. It's cheap and easy to make at home and the caffeine curbs my hunger too. Have you made a low calorie option for your wife at home? Maybe once you do it for her a couple times and she sees how easy it is and how good it tastes, and how much cheaper it is, she'll start doing it herself

My parents had a loooong holiday with us adult kids and my brother brought his family. His wife got up every other morning at 4:30am to go running. My sister in law ate raw Atlantic salmon with microgreen salads and variety of colorful... vegetables? At least once a week. More if someone else was paying. Breakfast was usually an egg or two with 2x keto toast and real butter, a protein shake, and some fruit. Sometimes cottage cheese with honey or fruit. She always rotated out fruit for her and the kids so they'd try a bigger variety and she always said tropical fruit has way better vitamins. She had a decent amount of dairy, never glasses of milk but kefir, cheese, cottage cheese, yogurt. I noticed some nights she'd skip the carb with the meal and just have to protein.
My sisters on the other hand either didn't eat breakfast and just grazed a lot or just ate carbs. One of them ate 1/3 of the leftover holiday cake for breakfast while I was there. She just didn't eat until dinner. Then another time she ate all the ice cream with 2 apples and half a bottle of caramel syrup. At 2pm. For lunch. We're all adults mind you. My brothers wife fielded a lot of eating disorder comments and while she said "I just like eating this way", I have a feeling she's just fit and cares about her health.

Also note most peoples idea of "health foods" is eating from the health foods shop. Another words icecream, soda, chips, chocolate bars are all "healthy" because they have a "health" branding on the building or packet.
