Thats why the gains are slow anon you have to eat well first and be good at nutrient timing, tryong to keep it at +500 will have you maintaining after bmr regulates(foodcucking lowers bmr drastically) and theres a month spent maingaining and your shoulders are beat.

You CAN just lift your nuts off for a weekish at a time and take rest for a few days/cut to try to minimize rest fays spent getting fatter, you gotta spread out your target muscles its kinda difficult desu to do well.

I do usually
>chest/bench depending on bench fatigue
>back/rear delts
>chest/hypertrophy bench

>incline/mp
>back/rear delts
>more delt work

I consider legs/core/arms aux in programming since its way easier to get gains that dont fuck shoulders and 2-3x respectively is well enough, ill add delts to chest days if im on flat/incline rotation. Having the first day be chest is ofc chest biased, and ill often be doing only 2 flat benches a week to hit shoulders and upper chest more, sometimes i just put it all into one session but for bulking the 2nd day of rest is important to be eating a lot and is why i have this weird ass program.
