so how many sets a week do I need to maintain a muscle? I switched to powerlifting like a month ago but realized that I want to actually maintain the physique I built. legs, back, core and chest are obviously not a problem here. will 4-5 failiure sets of cable bicep curls, cable lateral raises, incline bench and tricep extensions a week solve that or is that still not enough?
