Please. Someone. Im begging you. I want to defeat my analysis paralysis. I have watched more workout related videos than the average gym bro at this point and i still pussy out of sticking to a routine. there is a small calisthenics park pretty much next door. For the love of god, just give me ANY workout routine and i will follow it. my avoidant adhd brain is ruining my life. 3-4 times full body??? push pull split??? I will do anything you suggest me. PLEASE BITTE HELPEN MIR

okay you will just do 2x full body days per week
if you can't do pullups get a band to tie to the bar and put your feet in
you will jump rope for 5 mins as a warmup
then you will do 1x max reps on pullups followed by 3x sets of 50% of your max reps
then you will do the same with pushups
and the same with lunges
then you will do the same with crunches
and that is it.

here's the truth anon: it doesn't really matter, programming and workout structure it just not that important, the most important thing is consistency, as long as you keep training you will figure out the rest as you go, you are overthinking it
anyway you can never go wrong with spamming pullups and dips every time you like if you want to keep your training very minimalistic and only the essential lifts
