You donโ€™t need anything more than 10 pounds for any exercise. Just simply do one set of as mentioned reps as possible with no more than 10 pounds of weight

I don't eat fruit, it's just sugar. I eat abit of chocolate or ice cream if I want sugar.
I eat vegetables for my minerals and vitamins, but not eating fruit won't completely destroy your health.
