It depends, is it doms pain ? If so, that means your low back is so weak it gets sore from squats due to acute dyelism. If it's spinal pain it's due to bad form

I have forward head posture, I can do atg squats but I'll always be in pain. I can single leg leg press for 8 reps the same weight I can squat and suffer for a week. I even had my form checked by a good coach in person and it's okay, it's just my spine being shit.
