You get to like 60-80% in a month or 2 and all of the benefits, im trying to get massive delts chest and arms cardio isnt going to help whatsoever besides already being good at it.

>think of all the times cardio effected your sets
>nonexistent passive gains unlike doing legs(test/hgh from more muscle growth)
>can just do 5 rep sets of legs/cleans for cardio if lifting

Theres no reason to do cardio i had like 55bpm doing sprints 6 months before and just legs 1-2x1-2wks.

If you're not doing cardio AND lifting, you're doing it wrong. That being said...
>running downhill = hella easy
>running uphill = HNNNNG

>bag work
>hill sprints
>high bpm liss
>heavy legs and low rest upper body

High bpm liss you can just run for a few weeks and be at a high baseline and not have to do much at all like 1x/wi to get better even. 1x/wk hard cardio is more a thing to somehow add to lifting to be able to drink and eat 3000 calories in an hour and power through the lifting.

Not relevant to what I said. Also uphill feels nice when you have short hamstrings

You mainly do one or the other, ive already ran like 3-5 miles eod back in the day you will recieve diminishing gains.
