look man, life is hard. here's where I can give sympathy:
>you work full time
>you have to raise a kid on the side
>you may or may not be a single mother
>perhaps your partner isn't as supportive as you'd like/need
>you've got a bad environment that you can't fully control
>you don't have a lot of time outside of work, child rearing, and other responsibilities to hit the gym
here's where you're probably wrong though:
>fat people aren't actually apathetic about our looks
>fat people aren't actually shoving food in our mouths 24/7
>fat people aren't actually neglecting exercise (for whatever reason)
>fat people don't actually struggle with self control
fact is that all of these things are probably true and in spades. you just don't want to admit it, because sometimes the people who point these things out are trolls who do it because they enjoy watching you suffer. trolls can only do that because there are morsels of truth in the shit that they say, and it only hurts because you know it's true.
change is hard, but you can do it if you're dedicated enough, even while juggling all your life responsibilities. you just have to make the time and negotiate with yourself. don't slack off, be consistent, be disciplined. make it a lifestyle, not just something temporary you're doing because you hope for a certain outcome. you have to BE the outcome.
sorry I know some of you don't like nuance and would rather just shit on all fatties (or shills who want to sell peptides) but for those who actually want to change this is something you need to realize.
