Custom shirts aren't that expensive if you want to be /fit/fa/. I like Luxire, it's a jeet company but they do good stuff and have some great fabrics available (love the heavy linen). Yeossal in Singapore is better but reasonably expensive in comparison. The hard part, if you're /fit/, is finding out what those measurements should be. If there's a shirt that fits you, or one that used to fit you well but needs a few more inches in some spots, that's great. Otherwise, consider getting a bigger shirt that fits you on the shoulders (shoulders always most expensive/difficult to alter), take it to a local tailor, and ask him to take it in for you. Once he's done that, you can use the measurements online to get more shirts like it.

As someone who has worn walmart brand & Armani dress shirts, if they're made out of the same material, no there isn't. The only time it matters is with the material it's made of, and usually only fancy brands use fancy materials. I've seen shirts with different cuts now and that's at normal people stores, not moneyfag stuff. A slim, regular, relaxed kinda thing. Find those and you can wear one that fits (seams are actually on your shoulders) but is big enough for your muscle.
