Tbdh senpai, I don't even think about volume anymore. I just do the thing I'm doing until I feel like I stimulated myself effectively (Usually 4 to 6 sets).

Not for my weekly volume but theres a higher threshold for 2-4 day rest/<50% work ofc not every day if youve been lifting 3/4 laet days vs 1 "chewt day."

Volume is one of the last things to tweak, only if your intensity and frequency is set right. It's not worth obsessing over unless you're on the sauce like Bromley or trying to build a ludicrous work capacity base.

Is when the actual intense volume is nowhere near enough to cause adequate hypertrophy, but i put a lot of weight on my bench with barely visible pec gains or delts so idek.

One extended set to failure of 5 different lifts each day. 30 different lifts in a 2 week period. You figure out a good lift selection and learn to put it all into one set to the point that you appreciate not having to do that again for two weeks and it's just the greatest program that ever was.

Same. I have 2 upper + 1 lower days that I do whatever not even caring about reps or weight but I do the sets to compete failure. Works for the time being
