Are you a homo?
It sounds restrictive but I don't think you realize just how much shit you have available to eat on carnivore.
>Red meat - beef / elk / lamb / bison
>White meat - pork / chicken / duck
>All fish, lobster, clams, crab, shrimp etc.
>Eggs, cheese, yogurt, kefir, milk
>Coffee + Tea
Yesterday I had some bacon and cheese egg bites, a beef sausage, and a latte for breakfast, then for dinner I had a hamburger patty grilled with 2 salmon filets. If I'm ever hungry and lazy I just dump a frozen sausage in the air fryer or eat a can of tuna with olive oil and onions sauce. It's the easiest thing ever. I never have to worry about my next meal because cooking is easy as fuck, and without insulin spikes I don't feel like shit after eating.

Friendly reminder that carnivores never post their body because carnivore is a heavily restrictive diet used by people to lose weight. All carnivore dieters are obese. All carnivore dieters never post body. All carnivore dieters should be immediately ignored.

what else are you supposed to call it?
95-99% of your caloric intake on this diet still comes from animal products and meat. keto diets eat veggies, fruits, nuts, and a bunch of other shit I don't. Carnivore is the most appropriate term for the diet. It makes more sense to say that and add a few exceptions than to say "carnivore but with whatever seasonings, coconut / olive oil, and 0 calorie drinks"

Meat has vitamin C.
The claim is that Vitamin C and Carbohydrates compete for absorption, so you don't need as much. The claim is not that you don't need any Vitamin C.

You don't need any actual human data to support this as the people you're targeting are likely desperate and will believe what they want to believe.

alternatively in true cult fashion, you can just demonize the other foods they aren't allowed to eat, which will reinforce their decisions.

Tell me all about that famously sustainable all meat diet. Surely none of the people promoting it would start eating fruits and vegetables or anything like that, right? Surely you would have examples of 70, 80, or 90-year-olds who have eaten carnivorously for their whole life, right? Surely, there wouldn't be leagues and leagues and leagues of examples all over online forums and communities about people who fall off the wagon because they have cravings for variety and side effects from Deficiencies, right?

Ah yes I guess this diet doesn't work because I can't provide any examples of people that have had consistent access and enough wealth to eat the most expensive food category consistently, every day, through wars and economic downturns, exclusively.
I guess we should all go on the big mac and diet coke diet since Trump lived to be 80 while on it.

Be more precise in your language next time if you don't want to get into an argument that you can't win. Sustainable has a meaning. If something is historically unobtainable because of the price, it's not sustainable. If you have no evidence of your claim, then it can be freely dismissed.
