Is stretching after a big lift good for hypertrophy? Like if I do bench press and after I do bodyweight stretching for my triceps and pecs, will it help with growing them?

When I finish a workout I replicate the muscle's movements to check my form and to feel a little bit more sore, it's probably good for you, specially on quads, chest, tris and lats
