I was wondering for a long time why can't i gain weight. My doctor recently diagnosed me with 1.2x thyroid gland, doesn't look like cancer but still said to eat some meds. No matter what oe how much i eat i weight the same. Can i somehow gain weight without meds?

try counting calories if you havent
even just getting a rough idea of what you eat daily for a week or two so you can see if going out of your way to increase helps wouldnt be a bad starting point

IDK WTF your TSH is or WTF "1.2x thyroid" really means but you should run some panels of shit like antibodies and iodine and selenium and shit. Peanuts slow down thyroid and seaweed speeds it up.

I haven't looked much into it so maybe they contain artificial sweeteners rather than sugar but yeah. If I have to guess it probably all started from those aromas meant to make water more palatable to fatsos, but then they've been extremized to the point that they are basically just powdered soda and some retards made them a whole hobby for some reason
