HELP, back killing me
I was 280 pounds late last year. I’m 232.3 now. Feels great looking down and seeing less belly/no moobs, but god DAMN my back kills me.

It hurts when I walk more than 2 miles. It hurts after sleeping. It hurts when on PC even getting up and stretching every 30 min. Only time it doesn’t hurt is randomly when I’m sitting down driving. Don’t even get me started on when I ride my bike.

Tylenol is not working.
Save me.

Stop taking Tylenol all the time. Stop trying to stretch out your back and hamstrings. Do dead hangs, do hyperextensions, and start doing light deadlifts, working your way up. Also, a reverse hyper is helpful if your gym has one.
