I'm kinda sick of lifting rn, but I don't wanna lose gains. I have all the stuff to do weighted pull ups at home, will doing those once or twice a week make me keep my gains? I also do cycling and swimming at high intensity if that helps

Just drop lifting to minimal volume. It takes much less to maintain than to gain, so you can probably do something like two short full body sessions and hold your mass and strength pretty well.
