My foundation atm is

Squat/Deadlift/Leg EXT - elgs
Bench/Dips/Chin-Ups/Dumbell rows/OHP - upper body

and ab curls for abs + 5-8 minutes of jogging 2-3 times a week as im cutting.


I add some biceps and triceps pulley work after bench and chins btw.
