protein is king, hit your protein no matter the cost
fill in the rest of your daily intake with carbs and fats
if you eat more carbs, then eat less fat and viceversa
try not to eat super processed foods if you can
a burger with fries and a beer every now and then is okay
it's important to eat food that you actually enjoy eating and don't be super nazi about your diet
that's pretty much it, it's not rocket science
