Mine hovers around 100 bpm despite averaging 9 miles ran a week and 3 weightlifting days, should I be worried? My resting heart rate is 50

>resting hr dips below 50 routinely
Yeah that's bullshit walking as a base for cardio is great and prevents slip back. More intense cardio doesn't have to be more than the most minute investment if there's walking.

Because putting stress on your heart is retarded and only lowers your lifespan.
It's common sense the more you use a car the more it will break down, but the cardiotards think the more you use your body the healthier it gets.
You're literally wearing down your muscles, joints and cardiovascular system. Hope this helps!

The body can clean itself, it doesn't need cardio. All you're doing is stressing the body. Scoobs looks like shit, exactly how I'd expect someone who takes drugs, does cardio and has gay sex to look like.

Your heart is a muscle. You don't improve muscles by just letting them rest as much as possible. They will just wither away. To make them stronger you need to tax them periodically with rest in-between.

Your body is not a car, retard. Cars don't have self-repairing parts. Cartilage for example has issues with regeneration because there's no blood vessels there, it can only get nutrients through diffusion. Movement causes nutrient-containing fluids to be squeezed in and out of cartilage, which significantly increases the diffusion rate. More muscle mass can absorb stress that would otherwise go directly into cartilage and cause damage that the diffusion rate might eventually struggle to keep up with. It doesn't matter that movement also causes slight wear when it aids regeneration much more.
