Mostly "I was as fit as you when I was your age" then it turns out we're the same age. Also my wife's friends asking her to ask me for help because they say I look like I'm aging backwards. And the weirdest time was someone asked if I was my wife's son but she could've just been trying to insult my her lmao.

The supplements pictured on the left are (almost) all legit. I take therm all, and a few more not listed, except meth blue and iodine. That said, antioxidants are not universally beneficial. While they neutralize free radicals and prevent cellular damage, antioxidants can also protect cells that have already sustained oxidative damage. (Especially bad if you are a smoker or otherwise constantly damaging your cells). This can fuck with the body's ability to eliminate damaged or potentially pre-cancerous cells, increasing the risk of cancer.

It's not *bad*, but I got mistaken for 20s in my 30s and all i did was not smoke or drink, eat cruciferous vegetables and clean meats, and take a multivitamin (trader joes) that had the first-3on the left. Bromelain/enzymes are good to keep you regular, but the rest I still consider 'exotic' and have extremely minimal effect on the long run (ie. watching my health obsessed boomer parents try ALL the shit and they're still falling apart like everyone else).
Drink 2-3 litres of pure water/day to keep your kidneys & liver clean and filtering out shit because fooling the kids is all about skin quality.

Absolutely; chromium, astaxanthin, and collagen are all popular examples, vitamins C and A are also underrated, but there are plenty of others too.

Genistein definitely has topical anti-aging activity for skin though:

This is a pretty controversial take chronically as opposed to cycled. I ran MK-677 on top of metformin, but the data makes me a little skeptical either of them are real "life extension" drugs even though they have some opposing actions on the IGF-1 pathway. Most of the hGH "anti-aging" clinics went out of fashion in the 90s, and the idea of metformin being the ultimate anti-aging drug went out of fashtion in the 2010s.

Want some cheap-ass mTOR inhibitor ain't none of the influencers know about that totally mogs Rapamycin? Look at Meclizine. Deranged anti-nausea drug fuck crazy Chinese glioblastoma multiforme stem cell lines; life-extendifies male ITP mice about 8%.

>>76362984
Decent dermatology-focused stack, but this doesn't do too much for systemic anti-aging.

>>76363470
Plug it into Google Scholar... and you'll see that combo actually has a fuck-ton of oncology research, especially added onto other chemotherapy drugs... but it does a lot of other stuff too; GlyNAC has data of about 24% life span extension in mice.

>Antiviral effect of Bromelain combined with acetylcysteine against SARS-CoV-2 Omicron variant
>Here, we provide evidence of the in vitro virucidal activity of BromAcยฎ in Vero-ACE2/TMPRSS2 cell line infected with the Omicron variant. BromAcยฎ can also abrogate SARS-CoV-2 RNA genomic copies in tracheal aspirate (TA) samples from critically ill COVID-19 patients after long term exposure. These results were confirmed by lower spike expression observed in EpCAM+PanCKneg epithelial cells from tracheal aspirate samples after BromAcยฎ treatment. Furthermore, atomized BromAcยฎ promoted cleavage of the S1 Spike subunit in TA samples, demonstrating the mechanism of the antiviral activity displayed by BromAcยฎ in human samples.

But you're going to wait for the double-blinded clincial trial tracking overall survival for 100 years before you go to GNC, right?

Sounds like boron skill issues. I just had an ankle sprain a couple weeks back and have been on NAC most of the time since, back to running again already in at least in part because I don't have boron skill issues.

>The use of oral NAC was associated with nearly four-fold increased the risk of knee OA in the young age group. Conclusions: Long-term use of oral NAC is associated with a higher risk of knee OA
I'd personally not do nac everyday

I think it is literally boron skill issues, mechanistically.

>N-acetylcysteine proved to be the most effective agent at increasing the excretion of chromium and boron and was also able to reverse the oliguria associated with these toxins.
But cycling NAC is probably overall a good idea.

Biohacker bros i have a question. I used minoxidil for my beard and i went from having almost no beard to full neck and cheek coverage, there's just this space below my lower lip that won't grow. I can see blonde vellus hairs there so i clearly have follicles but they just wont grow. Is there anything else i can pair with minoxidil to force these areas to grow?

I would try GHK-CU (copper peptide). No idea if it works or not personally but there have been studies suggesting it does.

I have been taking NAC every day and I think its pretty good shit. You guys recommend replacing it with anything else when cycling off? It would be nice to have another suppliment that should be cycled and just go back and fourth between the two ya know what I mean

I supplement around 200% the RDAs of essential heavy metals on days taking 1.2g NAC, and about 300% on days off.
