>Who is /fat/ for?
For powerful pudgies working towards a longer life and a better physique through meaningful hard-work, strategy, and dedication. This is not QTDDTOT, stick to questions on fat loss. Post height and weight when asking for advice.
Join our Fatty Contest: https://www.fattycontest.com/

>What do I do first?
1. Read https://physiqonomics.com/fat-loss/
2. Calculate your Body Fat Percentage: https://fitness.bizcalcs.com/Calculator.asp?Calc=Body-Fat-Navy
3. Calculate your TDEE: https://www.sailrabbit.com/bmr/
Remember to use bodyfat% and use Katch-McArdle Formula with sedentary settings or your TDEE will be too high.
4. Plan your weight loss: https://www.losertown.org/eats/cal.php
5. Track your nutrition with MyFitnessPal (better for packaged food), Cronometer (better for generic food/macros), LoseIt (great for both), or Waistline (FOSS).

>Now what?
Count calories, all of them.
Eat about 500-1000 less calories than your TDEE.
Buy scales, be accurate.
Learn to cook. Try to stick to lean protein and green vegetables.
Eat a lot of protein. 0.72g per pound of goal lean body mass.
Doing cardio, even just walking, will improve your health. There is no such thing as a healthy fat heart, but you can offset the risks.
Lifting weights will keep and gain muscle mass and lose fat much quicker. Not lifting results in the body eating away muscle AND fat.
Drink more water.
Read the /fit/ sticky: https://liamrosen.com/fitness.html

>DON'T
Eat refined sugars, they're terrible for you regardless of calories.
Eat processed foods.
Drink your calories (alcohol, soda, Starbucks).
Freak out over a weight loss stall. Plateaus can last up to three weeks.
"Reward" yourself. Cheat days cheat only yourself.

You still wasted it. You didn't enjoy it, you didn't get your money back, and you won't be any less hungry tomorrow. You tricked yourself into thinking it wasn't wasted because you used your mouth to get rid of it instead of the garbage can, but you still wasted it, and cheated yourself, delayed your progress, and missed the opportunity to learn from your mistake.
Next time force yourself to throw it in the garbage, it's gonna hurt, but you'll feel good immediately after, and tomorrow when you are ahead on calorie deficit, and you'll start to think more carefully about what you buy and how much you fill your plate when you have to visually see what you wasted instead of just making it go away at your further expense.

I ran out of nun pictures that fit the general themes of weightloss, being active, eating right, summer fun, ect. The current arc is about strictnun's mother who turned into an alcoholic following the death of her husband and abandoned her daughter at the convent, now, 20 years later she came back and is trying to reconcile with her daughter who is now in her 20s and acts as a surrogate mother to clumsynun. Following their reconciliation scritcnun's mom is playing at being the loveable grandmother type figure and spoiling clumsynun and her friend froggynun with gifts. Its sweet and heartwarming and all that but not weightloss related in the slightest, and rather than repost the same dozen or so clearly weightloss related pictures again I decided to just let someone else make the threads for awhile. I just picked up posting the nuns because that was the tradition when I got here and the threads kept 404ing without someone making a new one so I just took it on myself to make the threads.

So what I'm saying is I probably won't be making the threads for awhile, unless they start making more weightloss/healthy eating/summerfun theme images and if you want to see nuns in the OP one of you should take up the mantle.

what was even the point of buying them? You can get to a higher weight just using water bottles in a bag.

Doing up to 30 reps will still build muscle, provided that you go to failure.

Doing something is better than doing nothing, so yeah up the reps in the meantime, but get some adjustable dumbbells.

If you go the fixed weight dumbbell route you'll end up with like dozen sets of dumbbells by the end which means spending far more and taking up waymore space than just biting the bullet and getting the adjustable set from the start.

I wanted to be a /fraud/ but when I saw the price of Semaglutide I decided that growing some willpower was cheaper on my NEETbucks. Now after 3 months omad, honestly I don't even feel hungry, like I sometimes even skip meals, but most times I eat even without feeling hungry for the day. Appetite suppressants don't even sound appealing anymore since I don't have an appetite to suppress in the first place.

Why don't they have more cheat drugs for weight loss? I was looking through all the legal ones, 99% of them are just appetite suppressants. The only one that I found does anything is Orlistat/Xenical which apparently makes you absorb 30% less fat from food, but if you're not eating anything fatty to begin with it kinda does nothing? Would be cool if there was something like that for protein and carbs.

On the illegal side there's DNP which sounds amazing, makes energy production less efficient so it boosts your metabolism making you burn more calories, but there's the small problem that it kind of kills you if you overdose by even a little bit, and apparently can't be used along with calorie restriction or smth?

I am 179cm and have gotten myself down from 93 or 94kg in September last year to between 78-80kg now, it fluctuates a little.
Through a kilojoule deficit of around 7,500 a day, some running, and formerly some low weight high rep lifting.
I am now essentially at a 'healthy' weight.
Except I still have a very high bodyfat %, 24-25% the last time I checked with the US Navy method:
>38cm neck
>96.5cm circumference measured at the navel
A complication is I developed tendonitis in my right arm in late April and have had to stop any upper body exercise that requires lifting with my arms, which is most. Flexing my bicep, rotating my forearm, squeezing my fingers, holding anything heavy is agony.
I can still do pushups (it doesn't immediately hurt but has generalised pain afterwards) and have begun situps out of a lack of anything else to do, plus physio therapy forearm flexor and extensor exercises. I still do squats. I try to do these 2 or 3 times a week.
And run at least twice a week, I am up to 5.8km in just under 31 minutes, I sometimes sprint another 500-600 meters when I get back.
What can I do about my still high bodyfat %?

I stopped giving myself deadlines. I am gradually losing weight, not as fast as I could have because I stumble sometimes but I am still progressing. I just used to give myself objectives that were too strict and whenever I realized that I wasn't gonna make it I strongly felt like giving up.
But now that I'm not worrying about getting to my ideal shape before this or that event I'm able to keep on keeping on indefinitely, which is the important part.

I decided to try it too, those RMR gains seem too good to pass up on. Then again I've already lost ~140lbs so it might be too late to see a meaningful result, I've still got like 20~40lbs to go but might as well give it a shot. Anyway I just got it, the paper said they were encouraged to wear it 10+ hours a day when they were most active for six month. So for the next six months I'll be training like Goku I guess wearing this thing from the time I wake up to around dinner time. Weighing myself before and after putting this thing on added +26.1lbs to my weight (I'm ~185lbs atm) so its about 14% of my weight. Study said maximum of 15% so seems about the correct weight for now. The vest is maxed out so I can't really add more, ah well. Wearing it directly against my skin was rather uncomfortable as it chafes so I put on a baselayer under it and that seems to have solved that issue. You can tell its there under my clothes if you look for it but I imagine most people won't know I'm wearing it.

https://www.nature.com/articles/s41366-025-01795-5
>Participants randomized to the weighted vest group (WL+VEST) additionally received an appropriately sized vest (Hyper Vest PROยฎ, Austin, TX), based on their ability to wear the vest under clothing and complete a full range of motion/chest expansion without restriction, and were asked to wear the vest up to 10h/day during the most active part of their day (with a goal of at least 50% of awake time wearing the weighted vest). The weight of the vest was increased weekly by study staff, with the goal of replacing all lost weight up to a maximum amount of 15% of the participantโ€™s baseline weight. Compliance with the weighted vest protocol (including weight in vest and wear time) was collected weekly via self-report. Participants were asked to follow the dietary prescription and wear the vest during the first 6-months, only; participants were not contacted or on study protocol during the year after the intervention ended.

Or tomorrow, or next Monday, whenever you're telling yourself you are going to start again. Just completed my first walk with the vest, I could tell I wearing it but It wasn't substantially more difficult than not wearing it, I don't think it'll be too hard sticking with using this thing. It does seem effective at elevating my heart rate and keeping it up longer. After just a short jog I'd be in Zone 3/4 and it would take longer than usual for it to drop down to Zone1/2. Jogging/Running took some getting used to as it likes to bounce heavily on the shoulders which was mildly uncomfortable using my usual stride, I adopted a less bouncy stride and was able to minimize this. I also noticed that I felt any slouching I did more keenly, as moving my torso off the centerline felt a lot heavier than usual so I imagine it might make me more conscious of my posture going forward. According to polar's app I burned about 200 more kcals than yesterday's walk just by wearing this thing.

I need to vent guys, maybe someone can offer some advice

Back in 2016 I was lurking here often, posting occasionally, and began my weight loss journey seriously

I lost 80lbs by the beggining of 2017
But in the years since, I have gained it all back
I want to lose again, but the big motivator I once had isnt there anymore, and hasnt been there for several years

I want to get back to that place, where I was eating good, running everyday, thinner, going to school and just feeling good in general

With my biggest motivator gone I just feel hopeless, like there's no point anymore

It did raise my heartrate even when I was just walking, I'll have to keep using it to see if I start developing any issues or pain, so far it doesn't seem that bad. Especially if you only intend to walk while wearing one, only when I was jogging/running to get my heartrate back up did I really notice it.

I am a bit worried about cleaning this thing, taking the weights out to wash it will be laborious, putting all the weights into the vest took like 20 minutes yesterday, and I certainly drenched it with sweat during my walk.

When the realization of actually having some trajectory in my life, building a home and a family with someone, it made me want to be better and get my shit together

Lost weight, busted my butt to get through school after nearly flunking out of community college, I wanted to be my best for them and our future children

I moved across the country to be with them

But it was clear only one of us was working toward that life

The relationship ended back in Feb, but my weight gain started to skyrocket in 2019 after it became clear the future I wanted and worked for wasn't going to happen

Now that the relationship is over, with my future being up in he air, Im kind of in limbo

Start treating fat as an outward reminder of your gluttony and how disguistingly poor your impulse control is. Everyone else you see who is fat is in the same boat. It is a complete failure. Your motivation should be that your life cannot even begin until you become a normal human being who is comfortable with their own body. It feels 100% better to do something bad like drinking or binge eating when you wake up tomorrow skinny. Nobody says "eww" when a skinny person eats a giant burger but when you do its a circus show. Start hating yourself and then you can finally improve yourself. Once you get skinnier again start hating other people who didn't take the initiative you did.

Not really with that mindset you begin loving yourself as you lose the weight and gain self-respect. If you do it for external sources like the other post then once you realize you lost the weight and nothing has come from it then you just gain it all back. All progress and achievement should be about something either intrinsic or a reason that won't go away once you become skinny and your life still sucks.

whatever works for you, but hating yourself is typically the reason people become alcoholics or obese. someone who cares about himself doesn't let his body end in that way. you can lose weight because you love yourself and you want to undo all the damage you did to yourself during worse times.

You don't hate yourself for eternity. You hate being fat and your fat self. You start treating being fat as a reflection of your imperfections and see it as a reflection of others imperfections and once you start losing the weight you begin to see it as healing. You become too complacent in neutrality if you start out from a positive place

As an experiment I tried just doing a single lap with minimal running, so half the distance compared to my typical route, but this time just walking the whole way with the vest on. The vest managed to keep me on the edge of Zone1 most of the time with only a few dips into Zone0. Just walking like this usually does nothing for me, I'd be Zone0 the whole time. So this is an improvement over that at least. So I guess if all you plan on doing is walking it'll still help with that.

Yes, especially if you've been sedentary awhile. Just get as much sleep as you feel like you need, your sleep requirements will normalize after a few weeks. I was sleeping like 9~10 hours when I started then I was back to my typical 6~7 hours like a month later.

Carb timing is pretty critical if you want to be on restricted calories/carbs and still maintain decent athletic performance. Lyle McDonald has written a lot of good literature on the topic if you want to learn about it.

tl;dr you need to eat your carbs when your muscles are the most sensitive to insulin, so after fasting and exercising

1. never do it for an external motivating factor. while this can sometimes help you get your ass in gear, you should do some soul searching within yourself to find the intrinsic motivation to keep going. extrinsic motivation tends to be temporary, while intrinsic motivation is more or less eternal. if for no other reason, do it for your own health. look at all the potential ways you can suffer, and ask yourself whether or not you're willing to deal with those debilitating issues vs. having a healthy lifestyle.
2. LDRs WILL NOT WORK unless you have a plan to close the gap and be in person ASAP. don't waste your time on that shit. t. time waster who had too many LDRs

You're not alone anon.
minus the fit combat sports part I was pretty much the same. In good shape as a kid, got mental issues, got fat, lost the fat fueled by self-hatred and because I saw it as a way to regain control of my life, realized losing the weight didn't fix my fucked up mental state, regained all the weight, now I'm here again, losing it again.
Did you work on your depression and find ways to deal with it? If not that should probably take priority. Not saying you can't do both, but unless you fixed your mental state you're basically building a house without a foundation.
I managed to fix my depression about 90% of the way (as in I'm functional and even happy most of the time, but I still have the occasional short-term relapse) which gives me hope that this time I'll be able to maintain the weight after losing it (and life is much better now), but if you didn't fix the underlying issues, you're just repeating the same steps over and over again.

Dead hang for as long as you can 5 times in a row with a few minutes of rest between sets.
Once you can dead hang for like a minute start doing negatives, (jump up grab the bar and slowly lower yourself). Do 3x10 of those.
Eventually you'll get to the point where you can do a pull-up, then just try to beat your previous record workout.

I'm a year in to my serious fitness journey with my wife. I've been lifting on and off again since I was 19, (31 now),, 3x a week with a few missed days because life happens (work travel, honeymoon, etc). I started with powerlifting, and after my first PL meet I placed in my division and got a medal, started doing Strongman after. Midway through my journey, I got my hormones tested and learned i make a very low amount of testosterone (numbers like 160, highest 260). Doc almost put me on Clomid, instead got Test/hcG from an online pharmacy. All the sudden feel not histrionic and neurotic. I'm a cheater bc I have a coach that i see those 3x a week but i think its helped me maintain consistency.

a year in though, im finally tracking macros, instead of eating as many high protein meals as I can. I'm at 245lbs, but could stand to lose 20-30lbs. i DL 440, bench 220, squat 400ish iirc. Hike intensely on varied elevation twice a week, will add a weight vest soon. Take my 5g creatine everyday with some citruline malate and pycnogenol+ginseng (recovering from pied). I take my glycine with chamomile tea at night, I have a CPAP now because my sleep therapist said i have extremely severe sleep apnea.

My current struggles are that
> I still don't sleep enough, i need at least 1-2 more hours of sleep, i just lose track of time and sleep at midnight or 1am.
> Love whole milk and dairy too much. I love fats. I could easily drink half a gallon and not even think about it. I limit to like a quart a day.
> hitting macros while also cutting is hard as fuck to organize. I love cooking too, so most of my meals are the same thing everyday, which can really put a damper on the fun of cooking.
> want to start swimming, but almost all the pools here are closed or inaccessible without an expensive membership, or are open to the public 2 hours in the middle of the day.

A strongman dude at gym said my arms are big tho, so i'm getting somewhere. like and subscribe.

If there was a 1 size fits all answer, you wouldn't have to ask.
I went to therapy, and learned a lot in there about myself, my issues and my worldview, but different people have different results.
I was derealized and depersonalized when I got there, basically a shell of a human. Took about a year until I was functional again, then 6 more months until I stopped needing therapy.
First I regained some control of myself and my perception of reality, awareness exercises, reflection and basics of cognitive behavioral therapy. Once that got better, the next issue was anhedonia, which in my case meant not only not feeling joy, but basically no emotion. I wasn't even really sad while depressed, just kind of out of it, it's hard to explain to people who never experienced it, I describe it as looking at life through a milky glass. So then I worked on regaining emotional capability. That wasn't great at first, because it brought up a lot of negative emotions too, which lead me to have to work on my self-worth. Once that was better, we went to body image issues (which I still have, but much less), and then some childhood memories that came up during that that I had to work through. Those last 12 months or so I also was in group therapy which helped too.
The biggest issues of mine in the end were an unreasonable self expectation; I have a sort of ideal that is unrealistic for any human (like a platonic ideal of the perfect human) and if I fall short of that I feel worthless, as that's where I derived my worth from. People in the groups often said the way I see life sounds very stressful and not very fun. The second part was some childhood trauma - I wouldn't have used that term before therapy, but I grew up with a disability and while I was convinced it didn't bother me, it did very much play into the body image issues.
But as I said, there is no 1 size fits all solution. Try therapy (CBT is my recommendation) if you can, if you can't you can try to do self-therapy

Social life, appreciation, bodily health, spiritual health, and purpose.
If you're missing in some of these areas, work on them, they are like the foundation you can build upon.

They also like to die for any reason, PH, too much movement, not perfect temps, not enough salt. very fragile, maybe a year of life if you're extremely lucky. but more likely a month or two.

beautiful creatures though.

I've noticed a lot peoples rib cage aligns perfectly with their pelvis, chest to junk making a perfect straight line provided they aren't fat.

My chest definitely bulges out past my pelvis a bit, is this because I have no muscle or do I have bad skeleton genes?

I am lifting now, hoping some muscle helps me. Still losing fat too.

Sure, picrel is my myfitnesspal app, you can see 4 weeks ago I was at 119, now I'm at 111.2 kgs. Of course I could have faked this picture but honestly that's not worth the effort to shitpost.
As for how I'm doing it, I make no claims that it's a universal thing that works, but it does work for me:
I eat keto, meaning low carbs. Not obsessively (so for example an ice cream sandwich a day as dessert is fine), but I stay away from large carbohydrate sources; rice, pasta, flour, bread and potato.
My protein is mostly lean protein, meaning chicken, fish, shrimps or onions (tofu or dried onions granulate).
To bulk my dishes up I eat a lot of vegetables; broccoli, peppers, zucchini, eggplant are the usual suspects. You want a large ass portion, so you feel satiated.
Also I add strong flavors, which helps me feel mentally happy with my food.
My main foods are: stir fries, mualle (vegetable stew), vegetable pan with fish, zucchini lasagna or zucchini pasta. Mostly stir fries though.
I eat once a day, except some days I also eat 1 egg for breakfast (soft boiled). The big meal is in the afternoon or evening.
Usually I end up around 700 kcals after a day, but I have very little muscle mass (I'm disabled), so a healthy person could and should eat more and achieve the same progress.
Lastly, 30 minutes of exercise a day minimum.
That's about it. I get hungry in the afternoon which is my cue to start cooking.

That's fair, in your defense, the knowledge that I am losing weight is definitely playing into the enjoyment of it, if I had this divorced from that knowledge I would eat more.
But I also don't "suffer" from it in the sense that I feel bad during the day or anything like that.
>I thought you were doing keto schizo posting at first
I mean a lot of the keto schizoids in here are legitimately unhinged, so fair enough. >>76358153
>No way I could do that without being miserable the entire day until I eat.
An important detail is that I've pretty much always done OMAD even when I was fat, that probably plays into it. When I grew up I'd have breakfast (cereal) and then not eat until around 4 pm or so and that was it. It's my intuitive way of eating, if you're used to more meals a day I can imagine that being a big hangup. I like it because I can't be arsed to make so many meals a day, I'd much rather go all out for one and enjoy myself.
Also remember my muscle situation, if you're healthy you can probably go to 1k and match my progress.
Even then if you already know what works for you, stick with it, this isn't a race. I once lost all this weight with the same method before, and regained it all, so I may just be a retard who is good at quick weightloss, but horrific at keeping it off. I have plans to prevent it this way, but like all of us in the end I'm just a guy trying to figure out what works for me.

My main issue is that a close friend of mine is getting married towards the end of the year and I'm supposed to be his groomsman. I REALLY don't want to be a hideous blob on his big day, so that's why I'm doing it so fast. The first time I already went from 120 kgs to 75 kgs, so I know it can be done, but I also know it wasn't sustainable because I regained it all in 2 years.
The plan is to go at the current pace (because as I said I feel great) at least a month more, then I got some personal life stuff coming up so I'll lower the pace then but keep at it until the end of the year.
Once his wedding is over I'll slow down even more and focus on making it more sustainable.

Anon this is a fat fuck general, I'm sure you know how. I'd reach levels of "the whale" movie of degeneracy.
I have a big hangup about throwing food out or even packing it back in the fridge for the next day (no idea why), so I'd often cook hungry (because OMAD) make far too much food, then eat it until well beyond being full.
The classics were pasta (2 big plates in one sitting), frozen chicken nuggets or wings, plus frozen fries, plus either sprinrolls or chilis with cheese filling. Sometimes two frozen pizzas with added cheese on top.
Also the big thing were snacks, which I don't count as OMAD (I don't eat snacks now, but I did when I got fat again), so I may eat a bag of tortilla chips and a bag of sweets in a day.
It was not good.
>>76358189
As I said, I've been doing omad pretty much since moving out of my parents house over 10 years ago. When I got really fat I'd eat snacks on the side, but even when healthy I did omad. It's just how I like to eat.
>>76358199
Ironically I find it easier to do than eating "normally". "Normally" you'd have to make 2 meals plus breakfast. That takes a lot of damn time. I get to just cook once towards the evening and be done with it.
On days where I eat with others (friends/family/coworkers) I'd eat two meals though, because obviously those would be too small to sustain me on omad.

it's perfectly doable, but not right away. there's a period of adjustment, but once you get used to it, it's easy. also you don't have to eat insubstantially, you can have a full course meal and that'd work just fine. have the breadsticks, have dessert afterwards (within reason). as long as you're only eating once a day, it's fine as long as you're not stuffing your face and overeating for that one meal.

it's the same shit from when you were a kid and your mom/grandma/aunt wouldn't let you leave the table until you cleared your plate. fuck off bitch, I'm not hungry, I ate what I ate, stop being a goddamn architect. just saying, your tolerance for food is a personal/individual thing, who are you to tell me to eat less/more? Intermittent fasting is often more of a 18:6 method, meaning all your meals are eaten within a 6h timeframe. OMAD is a 23:1 or 24:0 method, meaning you just eat one meal a day.
>>76358238
>but even you admit you've relapsed a couple times already
Once, but I get your point. The big thing that changed is I was legitimately mentally ill back then, I had to go to therapy to fix myself, and I'm hoping this makes a big difference (alongside with that comes a lot of lifestyle changes).
>so when you go out with friends will you just sit there with a water
We don't often go out to eat honestly, often we meet in a bar or something, and there I'll usually have one drink and that's it for the night (just to not be the weird one without a drink). When going out with others to eat, I try to find the least bad option on the menu (often a salad or chicken dish) and eat that. If it comes with fries or a carb heavy side I give those away to others. I usually eat on those days a second meal though, because a healthy restaurant portion size is too little for omad.
>that's why i feel it's best to lose weight with lifestyle changes
And I'm not arguing with your position on that, it's definitely a good way to go about things. It's just that I know this worked for me before, it's how I intuitively eat and I have that goal of being at my friend's wedding and not be a blob.
>rather than finding some fad diet and religiously following that
Just to be clear: I'm not advocating for omad. Most of the claims about it I see online are like the no-cumming people, pseudoscience and anecdotal. It's just how I like to intuitively eat, I did that long before I ever heard the term OMAD. I do some sort of keto, which definitely is a fad diet, but it helps me with satiety and I'm not religious about it (I make sauces with starch or a tsp of sugar at times, or I eat an ice cream sandwich after a meal).

>why do you want to force feed me
The answer is that group activities are bonding activities - by doing the same activity together, you build a social bond. You do something together and you make memories together. It build group cohesion. If you are part of the group, yet do not partake in the shared experience, it may feel weird to some people. From their perspective, they are just trying to get you to participate to be part of the group they are trying to do you a favor in a way, even if it's ultimately bad for you.
That being said a good group should accept if you say no.
>and your mom/grandma/aunt wouldn't let you leave the table until you cleared your plate

- I want to stave off aging related health problems that may arise out of neglecting one's fitness (aka the aforementioned high blood pressure, etc)
- I want to avoid developing diabetes
- I want to feel worthy of sex. I know I could get laid in my current state, but I restrain myself because I do not feel adequate enough for the women that I would like to pursue. (cue the banner meme of "ever since I got into shape I've felt myself more worthy of masturbating to hotter anime girls")
- I want to look at myself in the mirror and not feel like a subhuman piece of shit
- I don't want to look like I have a baby dick because it's partially buried in fat

Being fat is unhealthy and not fun. When I go on hikes my thighs chafe, when I get up everything aches, I sweat like a pig in summer and I get out of breath quickly.
In addition to that I'm disabled, so what for a normal person would be harder to do becomes impossible for me, I already find walking up stairs not super easy when thin, when fat I have to heavily use the railing.
So I want to regain mobility and make sure I'm healthy so I don't have as many issues when I get older.
Being fat stops me from living the life I want, so I hope losing it makes it possible to get that life back.
Also shopping for clothes when thin is fun, while it's something I dread while fat.

I'm planning to stop breathing later this year or maybe next year, depending on how quickly I can get a few things that are important to me done, including my weightloss. Before that, I want to take a few photos/videos of myself in good shape and upload them to Facebook so that old friends and estranged family who decide to look up my name on Google or whatever will remember me like that instead of as a fat slob.

meh, if you're already measuring yourself daily as you should, and suddenly there's a big gap to what you expect (like going +1 up instead of down by .2 or something), then a few days are enough imo. Also I didn't say drastic changes, just reducing your caloric intake a bit.

Redpill me on this. Why not just lose 1 kg or so per week on a normal deficit? Donโ€™t super fast losses risk loose skin?

I think the thing that has stopped me from killing myself is the thought and hope that I will actually be able to fix my life and be happy, like I can't let myself go out as the fat autistic loser, maybe just normal health autistic loser is fine though but I think my mindset would change then
