Help me with my complete macros and micros fried rice, /fit/. I intend to eat only this for the rest of my life, except for weekends. For now it would have:
>rice (carbs)
>egg (protein, vitamin D)
>green onions (yummy)
>soi sauce (yummy)
>liver (vitamin B, iron)
>carrots (vitamin A)
>cooked in olive oil

Liver also has vitamin A, like too much it. Be carefull not to eat it daily. Pike twice a week or so
