Dear fit, I need dating advice for the modern age! TLDR I was in a relationship for all of my adult life but am now single at 23 with zero dating practice. I want a wife and kids, but 2 months without sex has me scratching the wall. Where do I meet capable women? I dont want to hit on older friends or to make things weird with co-workers.

Are dating apps the only way? If so, how do I go about things? I have the looks and charisma to pull strangers.
