Cut maybe 200 - 300 calories a day (two 12 oz cokes), and don't cheat. Of course, before you can do any of that you'll need to determine your BMR, then your TDEE. And you'll need to start with a best guess based on your weight and estimated percent lean muscle mass, and then rigorously track calories in to determine if you're losing weight or gaining. In all, it takes maybe a few weeks or months to get it dialed in, but then you'll be losing two to three pounds a month (one kilo) and it will be sustainable weight loss. So 20 kilos will take 20 months, roughly, maybe two years.
