You have no idea what real hunger is. Try not eating for 16 hours

i have done fasting a few times a month in the past up to 4 days, only water, but this time i just want to do what was best for me in the past, CICO, so i can do daily cardio, lift, and dont feel constantly like shit so im eating 4-5 times a day like 300 kcal, that is what worked for me in the past and the easiest way but idk what todo with hunger now i guess i have to resist or wait more time before next meal to do less meals a day, eating 150 proteins low fats low carbs trying to lose 20 kg

You're probably eating more than a thousand calories below maintenance, which is not sustainable. It takes as long to lose the weight as it took to gain the weight. Cut maybe 200 - 300 calories a day (two 12 oz cokes), and don't cheat. Of course, before you can do any of that you'll need to determine your BMR, then your TDEE. And you'll need to start with a best guess based on your weight and estimated percent lean muscle mass, and then rigorously track calories in to determine if you're losing weight or gaining. In all, it takes maybe a few weeks or months to get it dialed in, but then you'll be losing two to three pounds a month (one kilo) and it will be sustainable weight loss. So 20 kilos will take 20 months, roughly, maybe two years.
