how do you cope with hitting plateau when lifting even most pathetic weights? inb4 roidmaxxing
I also don't want to change my diet to be purely whey powder, should I just kms on the spot?

Deload. Progress happens 9ver a period of years.
If u cant increase weight, increase reps and or really focus on eccentric and conentric movements.

I have been deloading for 4 months now...
I literally can't pass 5 reps of 80kg benchpress as if a midwit curse has been put upon me

I'm not even at 80kg bench but I've observed that the times I've eaten really high protein (beef in particular) I get a +15-20% boost in reps (I'm doing callisthenics).

I'm stuck at 80kg bench too and it doesn't help that i'll be cutting soon. Im above average on most other lifts for my weight
My friends who started around the same time as me (6months ago) but have different stats are at 80kg as well, seems like a common plateau
