That's a specific motor skill that can only be develop by doing the activity itself, for example juggling, hammering a nailz throwing darts etc but getting better at either will do little to nothing for the others

Unironically this transfer to any activity, just do any activity that requires aiming and it will help you develop accuracy for any other activity that also requires it.

Also if you want your muscles to be actually useful you have to train for athletism and strength.
Lift heavy on low rep ranges, lifts weights slowly, do isometrics and stability exercises like single hand carries, marches and sandbag lifts.

For athletism lift heavy weights as fast as possible (you need to increase max strength to be able to increase this one) and do plyometrics.

Hypertrophy is fine, you can actually do an hypertrophy exercise at the end of your work out (do this order, plyometrics, heavy fast lift, heavy slow lift, hypertrophy) and this will let you become fast, explosive and strong which will help you at pretty much any other physical task except fine motor skills like hand eye coordination and accuracy unless you do something like boxing which will develop both and this sort of training will help you a ton in combat sports.

I'm pretty sure the hammer has been tempered in a way that makes it bounce back. He definitely strikes it a few times but it either glances off or the nail doesnt move (that's why he tries to hit harder, accuracy isn't the problem, the nail not moving is) . Hammer steel is made in a special way that it provides as close to a dead blow as possible. Basically you rapidly heat and cool the metal over and over until the metal crystals are so tightly stressed they can't move. Imagine it like making a battering ram from Lego and hitting a door VS filling a sack with Lego and then hitting a door with it.
