What do you mean? You can lose almost a pound of fat a day fasting depending on your TDEE (you'll lose more than that in water weight/glycogen but gain it back after refeeding)

>a pound of fat a day
Are you retarded?
Anonymous No.76362194 [Report]
>>76362173
Well assuming you're a pretty big guy, 3500 cal TDEE is realistic if you're active and lifting. That's a pound of fat, though you might need some time burn through your glycogen stores. That rate of weight loss lines up with what I and others have experienced during longer fasts (see atlas power shrugged videos for deeper explanation)

Is this really a 20lb diff? I would've guessed like 10lbs max. Maybe I have more to lose than I thought.

Going from 20% to 15% is kinda miserable indeed.

Depending on where you start, that could be a little on the slow side, but it is still measurable progress. Don't worry too much if you are consistently losing over time and your diet/routine is sustainable without driving you crazy. Staying consistent but slow is way better than trying to go real fast, then burning out.
>>76362053 (OP)
We did though? Nothing about fitness is super fast. If it was that easy, everyone would do it.

It's going to get even worse because your maintenance is going down at the same time

so you're going to have to cut even more for even longer than you think

This is why you don't ever gain more than 10 lbs over a bulk so you can lose it in a month.

The retards telling you to get fat need to be slapped

bulk up to 25 lbs for some real gains then just moderately cut down over 3 months

the trick is to bulk for 6 months for that weight though, gets you mostly muscle

since cutting should be twice as fast as bulking
